Only individual, single entries for each project are allowed. You can enter as many projects that fit the criteria as you wish. Your entry should be between 100-300 words in length, and if possible include two neat high-res photos of your work with Recofloor. Try to cover as many of the entry points below as you can and remember, the more details you can give the better you chances are of winning! Photos taken by a smart phone are usually fine.
Points to consider:
- Total size of the project.
- Which ranges of Altro or Polyflor flooring you used, including colour or shade and quantities, if known?
- Who specified or introduced Recofloor – the construction company, architect, distributor or was this your own initiative?
- How did you use Recofloor on site? For example, how did you collect the material?
- How did you minimize the risk of contamination? Include any changes you had to implement to enable the usage of the scheme on the project during 2025.
- How did you ensure your fitters were getting suitable material for the scheme?
- Why did you use Recofloor on this project?
- What made the project interesting? Was it the job site, volume, any challenges, or an unusual job?
- What zero waste initiatives do you use on projects to ensure all waste that can be recycled gets collected?
- Any other comments, details you would like to include.
Entries for this category will be shortlisted and judged based on the level of detail given on the entry. Previous winners have been chosen based on project scale, social and community involvement, interest or commitment to sustainability. There may be more than one winner.
