Thank you for supporting Recofloor and managing a Recofloor drop-off site at your premises. We couldn’t do this without you!

You can use our online order form for the following:

To order collections
To ask for replacement clear sacks or bulk bags
To ask for replacement bins – you will need the bin serial number when you order.

Please check bins and bulk bags to make sure all material fits our material specification and is secured and contained. Otherwise, we may have to refuse the collection, return the material to you, or dispose of it. We may then have to re-charge you with standard transport or disposal fees.

Either Altro, Polyfloor or a third-party haulier will then complete your request within 4 – 10 days.

Note: We are currently restricting each collection to 10 pallets because of Covid-related driver restrictions.

Confirmation 1*

– The bin(s)/bulk bag(s) have been checked and do not contain any contamination. e.g. general waste

Confirmation 2*

– Only acceptable material as per the Recofloor material specification is contained within the bin(s)/bulk bag(s) and/or palletised roll-ends.

Confirmation 3*

– Palletised roll-ends are placed in a pyramid formation either on a double pallet or a 2m wide pallet with no overhanging ends and secured using banded cord strapping.

Confirmation 4*

– Bulk bags are on pallets.

Confirmation 5*

– I’m booking for the correct number of items, and they are in a secure and accessible location.

Failure to comply with any of the above might result in refused collections, material being returned to you, or disposed of, with standard transport or disposal fees being recharged to you.

Either Altro, Polyflor or a third-party haulier will collect your request within 4-10 working days. A waste transfer note will be emailed to you after collection if you haven’t already been provided with a season ticket.
