Thank you for recycling your waste vinyl flooring with Recofloor. Small amounts or large amounts, every piece you collect is one less in landfill!

You can use our online order form for the following:

To book for collections from your premises or job sites.
To pay for collections if required.
To order and pay for replacement bulk bags/pre-agreed bins and to ask for clear sacks.

Please check bulk bags to make sure they are securely placed on the pallets and contain only material we can recycle. Otherwise, we may have to refuse the collection, return the material to you, or dispose of it. We may then have to re-charge you with standard transport or disposal fees.

Either Altro, Polyflor or a third-party haulier will then collect within 4 – 10 days.

Note: We are currently restricting each collection to 10 pallets because of Covid-related driver restrictions.

We have added an additional £7.50 per bulk bag for the anticipated collection from the project site.

– The bulk bag(s)/pre-agreed bin(s) have been checked and do not contain any contamination. e.g. general waste.

– Delivered bin(s) must remain at the delivery location and Recofloor members can’t transport to a different site.

Confirmation 4*

– Only acceptable material as per the Recofloor material specification is contained within the bulk bag(s)/bin(s) and/or palletised roll-ends.

– Palletised roll-ends are placed in a pyramid formation either on a double pallet or a 2m wide pallet with no overhanging ends and secured using banded cord strapping.

– I’m booking for the correct number of items, and they are in a secure and accessible location.

Failure to comply with any of the above might result in refused collections, material being returned to you, or disposed of, with standard transport or disposal fees being recharged to you.

Either Altro, Polyflor or a third-party haulier will collect your request within 4-10 working days. A waste transfer note will be emailed to you after collection if you haven’t already been provided with a season ticket.

Your new Recofloor bag request will be prepared and sent to you by UPS in the next 2-4 days following receipt of payment when required.
