Flooring distributors are essential to the success of the Recofloor vinyl flooring take-back scheme, founded by Altro and Polyflor. They enable contractors to bulk up small amounts of waste vinyl at distributor sites.
There are 63 drop-off sites located at distributors across the UK and Ireland at which contractors can drop off small amounts of waste vinyl. You will find information on this page to help you manage your drop-off site and request collections or Recofloor poly bags for your trade counter.

Recofloor collects smooth and safety off-cuts and smooth uplifted vinyl. We also collect roll ends – secure these on a double pallet in a pyramid formation. Please check your bins regularly to ensure they are not contaminated with blades, metal, plastic packaging or other contamination that can cause problems in the recycling process.

Guide to looking after your bins:

Please do not paint them or write on them. Each bin is serialised with a number to allow us to track the bins.
Please use the wheel brakes to ensure they don’t move about in your yard but remember to release the breaks before loading on to the vehicle otherwise the wheels may buckle.
